We are always looking to be the best we can be and continuous improvement is in our DNA. Among another things, which we will go into more detail in later editions on, one of the things this year we are putting more focus into is improving our communications with customers. Our goal behind this is to keep everyone up-to-date with what is going on both at Domett and the industry in general.

Along with our new website and the production of our tabloid, we are working hard to improve our customer service pathways with new technology, more resources and greater access to technical information. We have a number of new and exciting projects in the pipeline still so watch this space!
